Who I Help

Struggling Readers: Children who fall behind in school due to dyslexia, dysgraphia, or language-processing challenges.
Stressed Parents: Families looking for trusted, highly specialized support rather than general homework tutoring.
Dedicated Families: Parents committed to giving their child high-frequency, evidence-based instruction to build lasting reading confidence.

A Structured Approach Designed for Results

Diagnostic Lesson Prep: Every session uses individualized Orton-Gillingham lesson plans designed for your child’s exact gaps.
Direct Intervention: I deliver intensive reading and spelling instruction right in your home or via a secure, interactive virtual classroom.
Parent Collaboration: You receive regular progress summaries and a monthly 30-minute consultation to track your child’s growth.
Dedicated Roster Placement: Practice fees operate on a flat monthly tuition model rather than fluctuating hourly rates. This tuition secures your child’s permanent, dedicated seat on my active clinical practice calendar, ensuring total structural continuity for their learning journey with zero billing fluctuations regardless of how many weeks are in a calendar month.

Why Choose a CALT?

Elite Training: As a Certified Academic Language Therapist (CALT), I have completed extensive postgraduate clinical training dedicated entirely to dyslexia.
Science-Backed Methods: CALTs use structured literacy methods proven by cognitive science to rewire the reading brain.
Proven Credentials: Alongside my CALT certification, I hold a Master’s Degree in Reading Education and Dual California Teaching Credentials.

“Ms. Anderson was a great help for our son who has ADHD and is dyslexic and was really struggling to read which forced him to not want to read at all. Ms. Anderson was very patient and helped him gain the skills he needed to improve his reading. We were also really happy how she always gives us constant feedback on how he is doing. Our son loved working with her and couldn’t wait to to have his class with Ms. Anderson and now loves to read. We were very lucky to have her work with our son.”
